Can I custom order my jewelry?
I am always happy to work on a custom
order or design with you. I believe in collaborative relationships between the
jewelry artist and client and would be delighted to help you with any ideas you
may have. I am also open to adjust colors, gemstones or other materials in any
existing design you see here.
Process for Requesting Custom Orders
Simply contact me (here) with your
design ideas and request. After consulting with you about your designs, I will
let you know an approximate timeline and the price of the custom order. Once
agreed, a listing will be created for you to purchase for the deposit or full
amount (for details on payment, see below).
Payment for Custom Orders
For custom orders less than $100, the full amount of the custom order must be paid at
the time of purchase.
For custom orders more than $100, I require a non-refundable 50% deposit to cover the costs of materials and design time. At the completion of the project the remaining 50% of the cost may be paid.
Returns for Custom Orders
Due to the nature of custom work, I will consider returns only on a case-by-case basis. If there was an error on my part, I will certainly do everything I can to adjust the item accordingly.
