What is your return policy?

Your complete happiness and satisfaction with your purchase is extremely important to me. You may return or exchange any item in its unworn, original condition within 14 days of receipt. Packages must be postmarked within 14 days of receipt. Please be careful when packaging items for return and consider the purchase of insurance, as I cannot accept them for return or exchange if damaged during shipment. Upon receipt of the returned/exchanged item, your account will be credited for the total amount minus the shipping costs.

 

Returns and Exchanges for Custom Orders


Due to the nature of custom work, I will consider returns only on a case-by-case basis. If there was an error on my part, I will certainly do everything I can to adjust the item accordingly.


Returns and Exchanges for Wholesale Orders


Wholesale orders are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.  If there was an error on my part, I will certainly do everything I can to adjust the order accordingly.
