I promise to always create handcrafted jewelry made from the high quality and finest materials that I can find, while offering it to you as affordably as possible. I promise to provide the same customer service I would if you were a dear friend and to make sure you are completely happy with your purchase.

Accepted Payments

I currently accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express) and debit cards via secure checkout through Paypal or cash transfers through Revolutionary Money Exchange (RME - www.revolutionmoneyexchange.com . Please note that if you are paying by cash transfer, shipping will be delayed until payment is received). Payment is expected at the time of purchase. Please see my policy on payment for custom orders below.

Returns and Exchanges

Your complete happiness and satisfaction with your purchase is extremely important to me. You may return or exchange any item in its unworn, original condition within 14 days of receipt. Packages must be postmarked within 14 days of receipt. Please be careful when packaging items for return and consider the purchase of insurance, as I cannot accept them for return or exchange if damaged during shipment. Upon receipt of the returned/exchanged item, your account will be credited for the total amount minus the shipping costs.

Due to the nature of custom work, I will consider returns only on a case-by-case basis. If there was an error on my part, I will certainly do everything I can to adjust the item accordingly.

Returns and Exchanges for Wholesale Order
Wholesale orders are non-returnable and non-exchangeable. If there was an error on my part, I will certainly do everything I can to adjust the order accordingly.

Shipping

All orders are shipped within 2-3 business days of receipt of sale. Please allow for an additional 1-3 days for custom or made to order pieces. All orders are sent via USPS First Class with delivery confirmation or USPS First Class International. Insurance can be purchased at additional charge. Items are shipped in a cotton-filled jewelry gift box inside a bubble mailer to ensure safe delivery. Complimentary gift wrapping is available and may be provided upon request.

International customers: Please be aware of any additional fees from your country's customs department.

Shipping fees are as follows:

Domestic orders:

First Class - $3, each additional item $1
Priority - $4.75, each additional item $1

International orders:

Canada - $3.50, each additional item $1
UK - $4.50, each additional item $1
Other countries - $4.50, each additional item $1

Approximate shipping delivery times are as follows:

Domestic orders:

First class - 3-5 business days
Priority - 2-3 business days

International orders:

Canada - 1 - 2 weeks, up to 4 weeks
UK - 2 - 3 weeks, up to 6 weeks
Other countries - 2 weeks, up to 8 weeks

Custom Order and Design Requests

I am always happy to work on a custom order or design with you. I believe in collaborative relationships between the jewelry artist and client and would be delighted to help you with any ideas you may have. I am also open to adjust colors, gemstones or other materials in any existing design you see here.

Process for Requesting Custom Orders
Simply contact me (here) with your design ideas and request. After consulting with you about your designs, I will let you know an approximate timeline and the price of the custom order. Once agreed, a listing will be created for you to purchase for the deposit or full amount (for details on payment, see below).

Payment for Custom Orders
For custom orders less than $100, the full amount of the custom order must be paid at the time of purchase.

For custom orders more than $100, I require a non-refundable 50% deposit to cover the costs of materials and design time. At the completion of the project the remaining 50% of the cost may be paid.

Wholesale

For wholesale purchases you must have a resale license/tax ID number. Please fill out the form found here for set-up your wholesale account. The minimum purchase is $250 with a minimum quantity of 3 per item (with the exception of the lockets where I will not consider each shape as a separate item). Wholesale orders are non-returnable and non-exchangeable. If there was an error on my part, I will certainly do everything I can to adjust the order accordingly.
